Jägerschnitzel

Ingredients:
4 pieces Turkeybreast, Chickenbreast, Veal or Pork
flour or bread crumbs
1 egg
Vegetable oil to fry
salt, pepper to taste
For the Gravy:
1 pkg. bacon, crumbled
1 large onion, chopped
1 Tbsp tomato paste
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup dry wine
1/2 cup water
Dash of thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp paprika
1 Tbsp parsley
2 Tbsp sour cream
Directions:
Remove the Jager schnitzel from the pan, and put them on the dishes.
Directions for the Gravy:
While the meat is browning, saute the bacon and onions until golden brown. Add the tomato paste and mushrooms, and saute over a low heat. Add the wine, water and seasonings; let simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in the sour cream. Pour over schnitzel.
