Buffalo Chicken Pizza Roll

ingredients

  • 1 can pillsburry pizza dough (reg crust)
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 3/4 cup franks red hot
  • 1/2 cup ranch or bleu cheese dressing
  • mozzerella cheese

directions

  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. cut up the chicken breasts and cook with the franks red hot until chicken is done
  3. roll out the pizza crust on a flat surface
  4. spread the dressing on the crust (leaving an inch on one edge dry to be used very last)
  5. spread a healthy amount of mozzerlla down
  6. pour the cooked chicken and hot sauce down on the pizza crust and spread evenly (still leaving the inch dry)
  7. add more hotsauce or dressing if desired
  8. roll up the mixture into a giant log and use the dry inch to seal the roll up and seal each end so that sauce is not coming out
  9. put onto greased baking sheet and cook for about 20 min or the dough is finished cooking all the way through
