ingredients
- 2 1/2c flour
- 5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 Tbs sugar
- 1 1/4c milk (or water, or buttermilk)
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbs butter (melted)
Directions
- mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together in large mixing bowl
- mix in milk, egg, and melted butter
- stir until well blended
- cook in 1/2 cup amounts on well greased skilled
(add more flour if needed to make a thicker pancakes)
