Lasagna (Vogelbacher style)

Ingredients

  • 1lbs hamburger meat
  • 8oz ricotta
  • 12 oz mozzerella
  • 12 oz chedder
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 pkg lasagna noodles
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • Classico "4 cheese" sauce

Directions

  1. preheat oven to 375
  2. brown meat andsaute onions, drain
  3. pour sauce into meat and cook on low for 30 min
  4. cook the noodles al dente
  5. hard boil the eggs and slice
  6. layer each ingredient seperatly. (meat sauce on bottom, mozzerella,noodles, egg, noodles,ricotta, and meat sauce on top)
  7. thickly spread the rest of the mozzerella and all the chedder over the top
  8. cover with foil and cook for 1 hour
  9. last 15 min take the foil off
