Ingredients
- 18 Red cayene peppers (Also called "finger chili", "ginnie pepper" or "bird pepper")
- 2 Cups white distilled vinegar (For hotter sauce, cut the vinegar in half)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Directions
- Remove pepper stems and blanch the peppers by boiling in vinegar for 2 minutes (4 minutes if they were dried).
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and liquify.
- Strain and bottle (Allow one week for best flavor)
